She's Urahara's twin sister.
She was Unohana's Lieutenant for long time before Isane. She was really gifted with healing ability so Unohana requested that she would go to squad zero to learn more healing. She loves to be in support part and hates fighting. Even she's really good at combat and she is strong she still prefers to stay out from the fights. She gave her position as Lieutenant away after Kisuke was banned from soul society. People who didn't know her thought she was doing as bad things so she decided to leave after her brother. She still visits Soul society and after Aizen's war she returns to soul society. WELL she still prefers real world better so she doesn't stay that long in Sereitei.
She has known Shunsui for the longest beside her brother. She used to bully him when she was younger when Shunsui was studying. She's really good friends with almost everyone she meets.
She's not as "lightheaded" as her big brother but when you see them together you can see the similarity between those both. Sansan is always trying to be positive; she wants to find good things from everyone. But when she gets mad she might lose control of herself. Even being short and bit chubby she can be really spicy. She loves everything sweet. She hates being short so she wears high getas shoes almost always.
As a child Sansan had really short hair and it was on pigtails. She was really chubby too, in Shinigami school she binned her chest because didn't want attention. She was really shy but really smart with her studies.
